Due to the recent overwhelming level of interest expressed for the online launch of the new translation of Moonbeams of Mahamudra, Ocean has invited Elizabeth and Derek to lead monthly sessions on the text. This Winter and Spring they will present four classes on shamatha aspects of the text before moving on to vipashyana next Autumn.

All sessions will include a presentation of material by Elizabeth and Derek, discussion with participants, guided meditation practice of the various aspects or stages as presented in the text, and short break-out sessions where you get to grapple with the material yourself in a small group of 2-3 other participants.

Please join us to discuss the essence of the profound and vast wisdom and skillful means for meditation and understanding provided in this text.

Shambhala Publications is offering participants in this class a 30% discount on the book (discount code: MM30). Code valid only on shambhala.com until May 31, 2020. Enter code in shopping cart. Cannot be combined with other offers.
