In this recorded class, Larry and Sherab continued to lead the discussion of the Vidyadhara’s instructions on the practice of ordinary mind. Level 2 means that, after a brief review, we continued edging the emphasis from defense to offense (to use the Vidyadhara’s terms). Defense means learning to recognize the natural occurrence of the ordinary mind (distinguishing rigpa from sems). Offense means extending wakefulness to the environment by practicing the four karmas. The discussion drew from personal experiences and continued to be based on the practical instructions of the Vidyadhara.

Participants are required to have access to Trungpa Rinpoche’s vajrayana teachings and possess the Early Tantra Groups book, available from Kalapa Media.
