A Dön Days retreat based on the profound Vajrakilaya Sadhana that is full of blessings. This practice rouses both peaceful and wrathful bodhicitta to transform personal and societal aggression.
We are happy to announce that the annual Dön Days Vajrakilaya practice will again be hosted at the Halifax Shambhala Centre, Thursday, Feb 12 through Monday, Feb 16.
The intensive will include five days of practice: two sessions per day for four days, and a feast on the final day, February 16. As before, this program is open to all tantrikas who have received the Netik Phurba Vajrakilaya empowerment and have a copy of the full retreat text (not The Essential Daily Yoga). For online participants: You will need to bring your own text; the liturgy will not be scrolled.
Thursday, Feb12 through Monday, Sunday 15: Two sessions daily (note times are Eastern time).
8:30 am – 11:30 pm Eastern
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm Eastern
Monday 2/16: Feast practice
8:30 am – 1:30 pm Eastern
Registration is not required, however donations for the Halifax Shambhala Centre are requested: $50 for the program, or $10 per day for partial attendance. Please make offerings through the HSC donations page and earmark them “Vajrakilaya Intensive” in the Comments section.
