How to Register for Ocean and Join a Class

1. To register as a member of Ocean, click “REGISTER” in the main menu above. Fill in all the fields, and click SUBMIT. Please make a record of your username and password.
2. Activate your membership: A few minutes after clicking SUBMIT, you will receive an email from Ocean asking you to activate your account by clicking on the enclosed link. If you cannot find this email, be sure to check your junk and spam folders. If you still can’t find it, please let us know at support@chronicleproject.com.
3. How to join a class
   1. Log in to Ocean
   2. Select “CLASSES” from the top menu. A list of all the classes available on Ocean will appear.
   3. Scroll down to find your class, and then click the REQUEST TO JOIN CLASS button to the right of the class name.
   4. The class coordinator will receive your request. When the site is busy, the reply may take a few days. You will receive an automatic email from Ocean when you’re request is accepted. Please note that there are prerequisite requirement for some classes.
4. How to pay for a class
   1. Wait until your request has been accepted.
   2. Click on CLASSES in the main menu.
   3. Select your class from the list of classes.
   4. Scroll down a bit and click CLASSROOM.
   5. Click the PAY NOW button to the right. Please let us know, if you would like to request a scholarship.
