might be shinjang? In Profound Treasury, Vol. 1, Chögyam Trungpa, Rinpoche describes shinjang as “thoroughly processed”, or “supple”… taming the mind, making friends with it, knowing how to ride it; sense of relaxation, joy. Would be interesting to hear from Elizabeth in context of mahamudra.
Currently, uploaded as Oct. 25 session three recording is actually the Oct 11 session. Some recent events with Ocean team have been very challenging, so I am sure things will be corrected in time.
While practising, respectively looking at the experience of stillness or movement-how or from where does it arise, abide, cease; does it have a form, etc., or looking at the looker, I don’t find anything to put my finger on, I rest with that. Based on that, I discern they are of the same nature, as are waves and still water. On the other hand, if the water is choppy, as when there is wind, then the water is not still. If the water is still, there are no waves. Is this then an example of things deceptively appearing to be different-the relative truth, while ultimately being of the same nature?
