There is a state of mind that is unconditioned by our ego and our usual mental and psychological habits. In the non-dual Buddhist traditions, this state is often called rigpa, or awareness. This awareness can be veiled just as clouds can veil the sun. And yet, at the same time, rigpa, awareness, can be experienced and cultivated in the realm of the here and now. Inspired by the sacred view of the ancient masters of the Nyingma Lineage, Anam Thubten will offer teachings and practices on how to experience and embody this awareness in daily life.

Anam Thubten grew up in Tibet and at an early age began to practice in the Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. He is the founder and spiritual advisor of Dharmata Foundation, teaching widely in the US, Europe and Asia. His many books include Embracing Each Moment, No Self, No Problem, and The Citadel of Awareness. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. Through sharing his wisdom and personal experience on the spiritual path, Anam Thubten brings alive the timeless teachings of Buddhism.
