Valerie Lorig

Valerie Lorig has been a Buddhist practitioner since 1973. Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche empowered her as Sangyum Drukmo Tinkar in 1985, to help promote feminine wisdom. Valerie is a faculty member in Naropa University’s Contemplative Psychology Program and works as a contemplative psychotherapist incorporating mindfulness-based therapeutic practices.
